Enquiries
When you send us an enquiry through a form on this website, we keep your name, email, phone number, suburb, message and any photos you add, so we can reply and quote the job. A copy is emailed to us. Photos are stored on this website’s server, used only to quote your job, and never published.
Spam protection
To stop spam, our forms use Google reCAPTCHA. It checks how you use the form to tell people from automated programs, and it may collect your internet address and details about your browser and device, which are sent to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Website chat
Our website has a chat you can use to ask questions about our services. Answers are written automatically from the information on this website, using an artificial intelligence service provided by Anthropic. The chat can make mistakes. For anything about a specific job, price or site, please call us or ask for a quote.
When you use the chat, we keep your questions, the answers, the page you were on and the time. We use them to answer questions better and to see which parts of our website need more detail. If you ask about a price or a quote, the chat may ask for your name and an email or phone number so we can get back to you. We email that to ourselves, keep it with your question, and reply within one business day. Leave it out if you would rather not.
Phone links
If you call us from a phone link on this website, we record that the link was tapped and which page it was on.
Limits on the chat
To stop the chat being misused, our website briefly uses your internet address and browser type to count how many messages are sent in a day. That count is cleared after a day and is not stored with your chat.
Where it goes
Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to write the reply. Chat records and enquiries are stored on our website and in a Google Sheet that our website team manages for us. Anthropic and Google may store or process this information outside Australia. We don’t sell your information.
Your choices
You don’t have to use the chat or the forms. You can call us instead. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, call us on 0458 659 800.
